Our Mission Statement

Informed Conscience is a nonprofit educational organization dedicated to increasing public awareness and understanding of homosexuality, particularly as it relates to the teachings of the Catholic Church.

Our Goals

Our goals are to:

give Catholics and all Christians a better understanding of Church and Bible teachings on homosexuality
help gay Catholics develop an informed conscience in relation to their sexuality and encourage their active participation in all areas of Church life
reduce prejudice and discrimination against gay people by fostering a better understanding of homosexuality
